F91 not only has high oxidation resistance and high-temperature steam corrosion resistance, but also has good impact toughness, high and stable durability and thermal strength performance. When the service temperature is below 620 ºC, the service stress is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel. At temperatures above 550 ºC, the recommended design usage stress is about twice that of F92 and 2.25Cr-1Mo steel. F91 application: It can be used as steel pipes for high-temperature superheaters and reheaters with wall temperatures ≤ 625 ºC in subcritical and supercritical boilers, as well as high-temperature headers and steam pipelines with wall temperatures ≤ 600 ºC. It can also be used as nuclear electric heat exchangers and furnace tubes in petroleum cracking devices.
