Mainly composed of nickel, chromium, aluminum, and iron. The resistivity is about three times higher than that of manganese copper, and it has a lower temperature coefficient of resistance and a lower thermal potential to copper. It has good long-term resistance stability and oxidation resistance, and has a wide range of usage temperatures. 6J22 precision alloy has a single-phase austenitic structure. Suitable for making precision micro resistance components and strain gauges.
The main components of 6J22 alloy are nickel and aluminum, with nickel accounting for 45-50% of the alloy weight and aluminum accounting for 15-20%. The alloy also contains a large amount of cobalt and iron, accounting for 17-20% and 9-11% of the alloy weight, respectively. The combination of these elements endows 6J22 alloy with high coercivity and magnetic permeability, which can maintain stable magnetic properties under strong magnetic fields. Therefore, it has been widely used in the manufacturing of magnetic components and magnetic sensors.
