Product Description

Austenitic stainless steel TP347H (1Cr19Ni11Nb) is a high carbon niobium containing Cr Ni austenitic stainless steel. Because it contains stabilizing element Nb, it has good intergranular corrosion resistance and polysulfate intergranular stress corrosion resistance. Its corrosion resistance in acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media is similar to that of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel containing Ti. Therefore, it is widely used in boiler, power generation, petroleum, chemical industry, Synthetic fiber, food, paper and other industries. Due to Nb being less prone to burning than Ti, this steel can also be used as a welding core for welding chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel. This steel has higher high-temperature strength and better resistance to high-temperature oxidation compared to the 316 series, so it is often used as a high-strength steel. 
Has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and antioxidant properties.
Has good bending and welding process performance.
The material has good mechanical properties at 427-816 ° C, while 304 and 304L are suitable for 800 degrees Fahrenheit (426 ° C).
