TA10 grade titanium has an "excellent" grade due to its high-quality weldability. It is a highly durable alloy that can provide great strength at high temperatures. TA10 grade titanium has similar characteristics to 300 series stainless steel. This alloy can be hot or cold formed using compression molding, hydraulic molding, tensile molding, or drop hammer method. Its ability to form in various ways makes it useful in many applications. The high corrosion resistance of this alloy also makes it invaluable for manufacturing equipment that needs to consider Crevice corrosion. TA10 grade can be used in the following industries and applications: shell and heat exchangers, hydrometallurgical applications, high-temperature chemical manufacturing, etc.
TA10 titanium rod (titanium molybdenum nickel alloy) has a nominal composition of Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni. It is a Ti-12 alloy developed in the American studies in the mid-1970s. It is a titanium alloy resistant to Crevice corrosion. The TA10 titanium molybdenum nickel rod has higher tensile strength than pure titanium TA2 and lower strength than TC4. The processing technology of Ruida Titanium TA10 titanium rod is basically the same as that of pure titanium. The tensile strength of the alloy at 300 degrees is twice as high as that of pure titanium, the corrosion resistance of reducing medium is significantly improved, and Crevice corrosion does not occur in chloride at 150-200 degrees.
