NO6625 {602CA} is a low-carbon nickel chromium molybdenum niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media. Due to its low carbon content and stable heat treatment, there is still no sensitization tendency even after 50 hours of high-temperature insulation at 650-900 ºC. The supply status is in the softened and annealed state, and its usage scale includes wet corrosion environments. It has obtained T Å V certification for use in pressure vessels at temperatures ranging from -196 to 450 ºC. There are also slightly adjusted functions suitable for high-temperature use. Mechanical function can be improved through age hardening.
602 CA alloy is one of the commercially produced nickel based alloys with outstanding performance in high-temperature oxidation resistance, high temperature and strength. Its high chromium, high aluminum, and added yttrium chemical composition enable it to undergo dense double layer maintenance of chromium oxide and alumina.
Regarding some industrial fields, it is required to minimize the pollution of products caused by shedding oxides under high temperature conditions, and 602CA alloy is generally selected as high-temperature equipment components for these parts.
The accurately controlled carbon composition endows it with extremely high temperature creep cracking resistance, and the addition of trace amounts of zirconium element enables it to effectively control grain coarsening even when in service at temperatures above 982 degrees Celsius.
