NO6075 solid strengthening high-temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid strengthening high-temperature alloy with simple chemical composition. It has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ºC, and has good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping, and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid treatment, and its structure is stable during use. The main product is cold-rolled sheet metal, which can also supply deformed products such as bars, rings, wires, and pipes. Mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components working below 800 ºC and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance but bear very little load below 1100 ºC.
