Alloy 602CA is a high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, chromium, aluminum, and trace elements such as tungsten and niobium. It is a nickel based corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in high-temperature industrial fields, such as furnace combustion chambers, oxidizers, furnace top blocks, high-temperature heating equipment, etc.
When welding Alloy 602CA, attention should be paid to avoiding the occurrence of welding hot cracks. It is recommended to use narrow arc welding method and select suitable welding materials (such as ERNiCrFe-12) for welding.
The metallographic structure of Alloy 602CA is a face centered cubic crystal, which contains abundant γ' Phase, with good corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength.
It has extremely high temperature stability and strength, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments in the chemical and petroleum industries.
