Inconel625 (Ni625) is a high-temperature alloy based on elements such as nickel, chromium, iron, and molybdenum. This alloy has the following characteristics:
(1) High strength: It can maintain high strength at room temperature and exhibit good plasticity and toughness at high temperatures.
(2) Good corrosion resistance: Ni-625 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion and oxidation of various corrosive media. It can be used in environments such as seawater and sulfuric acid.
(3) Excellent heat resistance: Ni-625 can also maintain good stability at high temperatures, so it is often used in high-temperature environments.
625 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, with good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 ºC, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacturing of aircraft engine components, aerospace structural components, and chemical equipment, as well as in situations that come into contact with seawater and withstand high mechanical stress.
Inconel 625 alloy is a nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in a range of oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. It is widely used in industries such as marine, petrochemical, and nuclear energy. The alloy is a Solid solution strengthening corrosion resistant alloy, and the yield strength of more than 1000MPa can be obtained through cold working.
There are many studies on this alloy abroad, most of which focus on the weldability, corrosion resistance and microstructure transformation during cold and hot working. Li Yamin and others in China have studied the precipitation phase of 625 alloy after long-term aging, Zhang Qian and others have studied the effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and tensile properties of Hot isostatic pressing Inconel 625 alloy, Deng Dewei and others have studied the effect of pulse current on the microstructure and properties of crack tip of Inconel 625 alloy
