S30432 stainless steel (Super304H) is a high temperature material for ultra Supercritical steam generator, which is commonly used as superheater and reheater parts. Super304H is actually based on ASME SA-213 TP304, by reducing the upper limit of Mn content, adding about 3% Cu, 0.45% Nb, and a trace amount of N, it is strengthened through the dispersion precipitation of Nb containing compound strengthening phase and the precipitation of Cu rich phase in austenite under high temperature service environment, thus providing it with the best combination of high temperature strength, high temperature shaping, and high temperature oxidation resistance.
