NS336 is a Ni Cr based Solid solution strengthening deformed superalloy and a Solid solution strengthening nickel based deformed superalloy with chromium, molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. The service temperature is 950 ºC. From low temperature to 980 ºC, NS336 has good tensile and fatigue properties, good processing and welding properties. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, Inconel625 can be widely used in the manufacturing of aviation engine components, aerospace structural components, and chemical equipment. We can supply various types of plates, bars, pipes, and forgings.
NS336 Applications and Features:
NS336 alloy has a low corrosion rate in both marine and non marine environments, good resistance to seawater corrosion, resistance to various salt solutions, and good corrosion resistance to HNO3 and H3PO4. It also has considerable resistance to HCl and low concentration H2SO4 heated below the boiling point. After long-term use at 550-700 ºC, the alloy undergoes aging hardening, which can lead to a slight decrease in its plasticity. If you need both high temperature and corrosion resistance, Shanghai Yuanding recommends using this material. It can be used for aviation equipment, as well as for pitting corrosion in seawater, resistance to chloride stress corrosion, F-H3PO4 resistance, etc., such as manufacturing thin walled containers and fittings, corrosion-resistant pipelines, reactors, heat exchangers, and valves.
NS336 processing and welding performance:
NS336 alloy has a high temperature deformation resistance, with a general processing temperature of 1170 degrees Celsius, large deformation of 1010-1170 degrees Celsius, and micro deformation of over 930 degrees Celsius. Cold working and cold forming operations are good. Heat treatment generally ranges from 1093 to 1204 degrees. Good welding performance.
NS336 is a commonly used high-temperature alloy composed of various elements such as nickel, cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum. This material has extremely high heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in aviation, petrochemical, energy and other fields.
