NS143 is a corrosion-resistant alloy stainless steel suitable for applications in high temperature and corrosive environments. The application of NS143 in pulp and paper engineering, such as scrubbers, bleachers, and other equipment, helps to improve production efficiency and equipment lifespan.
NS143 has good pressure resistance and safety in storage equipment such as high-pressure gas cylinders and compressed air storage tanks. The corresponding domestic and international standard brand of NS143 is: UNS S44735; EN 1.4662. NS143 plays an important role in strategic emerging industries such as energy and environmental protection, providing key support for achieving green, low-carbon, and sustainable development goals.
The application of NS143 in the aerospace field, such as engine components and spacecraft structures, has demonstrated excellent performance. The specific chemical composition of NS143 is: C: ≤ 0.030, Si: ≤ 1.00, Mn: ≤ 2.00, P: ≤ 0.035, S: ≤ 0.020, Cr: 25.00-27.00, Ni: 7.00-9.50, Mo: 3.00-4.50, Cu: 0.60-1.00, N: 0.15-0.25. The heating and cooling process of NS143 requires controlling the rate to prevent problems such as phase transformation and thermal cracking, and to ensure stable material performance.
The resistance to Corrosion fatigue of NS143 can be improved by surface treatment technologies such as surface strengthening and plating. The mechanical properties of NS143 include tensile strength of 550 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%.
