Product Description

 

TP310HCbN (S31042) heat-resistant steel pipe is based on 25-20 austenitic steel. By adding 0.25% N and 0.4% Nb, fine intermetallic compounds NbCrN and Nb carbon, nitrogen compounds, and M23C6 hard alloy dispersed precipitation are used to enhance 25-20 steel. The steel used has good structural stability, steam oxidation resistance, high-temperature corrosion resistance, and good weldability. In 2000, the steel was listed in the CODE CASE by the American ASME with the number 2115-1. In 2008, China included 07Cr25Ni21NbN (TP310HCbN (S31042)) in the GB5310-2008 seamless steel pipe standard for high-pressure boilers.

Its surface quality, geometric size, chemical composition, microstructure, grain size, inclusions, room temperature mechanical properties, high-temperature performance, corrosion resistance, as well as flattening and expanding All indicators such as welding meet the requirements of GB/T5310, ASMESA-213M, and relevant procurement specifications for boiler factories. The physical quality meets the level of similar foreign products and has the conditions for mass production.

2) The TP310HCbN heat-resistant seamless steel pipe developed by Taiyuan Iron and Steel meets the requirements of Chinese boiler regulations and relevant technical standards, and can be used for components such as superheaters and reheaters in ultra (ultra) critical boilers, as well as pressure components under similar working conditions.
